With Parent Power we could contribute up to 5% of the purchase price

How Parent Power works

If your parents (or a close family member or friend) are giving financial support towards your move, we could match it, up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price, making your first home even more affordable.

On the date of legal completion, we’ll pay you up to 5% of your property’s purchase price. For example, if you reserve a property with a purchase price of £300,000, we will pay you £15,000.

Plus you'll receive 1% towards your flooring. For example on a £300,000 property, we will contribute £3,000.
