Gardening has been long known offer a number of physical and mental health benefits.

This is why we have donated three brand new English Shrub rosebushes to Earlsfield Care Home in Bexhill-on-Sea!

“We’ve had this empty plot of land for so long, and our residents really enjoyed making improvements to it with these beautiful rose bushes!

We invited Eastbourne Astronomical Society to deliver a talk and stargazing session at Rosewood Park.

"The Winter months provide an exciting opportunity for people to take an interest in the universe above them, as there is no need to stay up late to see the stars.

During our session we tried to show what people are missing out on when they do not look above their heads, so both adults and children were able to enjoy the view and take in the natural surroundings."

    - Kieth Brackenborough, Chairman at Eastbourne Astronomical Society.
